UNIT HEADS 2011

Yay Teddies! Aimee is looking forward to a fun filled summer with all of her Teddies. Aimee has had nothing but the best camping experiences, and she can't wait to create the same for her campers.  As a Crestwood School teacher, Aimee is excited to introduce her new Teddies to all the fun summer activities that we have here at camp! 

Melissa is super excited to join us as the Dino 2 Unit Head for her 9th summer at Crestwood! When she isn't at camp making sparkly crafts and singing songs, Melissa is an occasional teacher with the Toronto District School Board. Melissa loves traveling, reading, and working with children.  She can't wait to meet all her Dino 2 campers, and to get back to her "summer family" when camp begins!

Andrea is back for her ninth summer at Crestwood and her third as Dino 1 Unit Head. She can’t wait to see all of her smiling Dino’s for which she promises to be the greatest summer ever. GOOOOO DINO’S!!

D-I-N-O-S, D-I-N-O-S are the best! Alex is back for yet another amazing summer with her Dino campers! She cannot wait to meet all of her staff and campers to create her great summer family.  Alex has been studying hard all year and is ecstatic to come back to camp especially for the amazing special days.  Keep your eye out for Alex in all her wacky costumes!

Alex is a veteran Crestwood-er, she was here as a camper, counselor and is now excited to join the Junior section as their Unit Head.  After being at school all year she can’t wait to embark on a summer full of fun adventures.  She loves playing soccer and teaching swimming, you will be sure to see her doing a little bit of everything this summer! 

All aboard Juniors! Woo! Woo! Alex cannot wait to be a part of the Junior section.  In his free time he loves skateboarding, photography and listening to music.  His favourite parts about Crestwood are the beautiful campgrounds, exciting activities and everlasting memories that he has created here. He is excited to meet all the Juniors!

Emma is excited to return to her favourite campers and to lead the C.V.’s in their most memorable summer yet.  She enjoys playing guitar and tennis and loves the friendly atmosphere Crestwood offers.  She calls Crestwood her home away from home and can’t wait to be back! C.V.’s C.V.’s PEACE! 

Robbie will be returning to Crestwood for his third summer and his second as CV Unit Head. He cant wait to return to the fun and exciting activities, the staff and the amazing campers, which makes him look forward to coming to camp everyday.  He is definitely looking forward to a great summer of 2011!

Sasha is back for her eighth summer at Crestwood and her fifth as Senior section Unit Head.  Crestwood is like her second family, and she cant wait to see all of her fellow staff and campers for another amazing summer.  

Jon is back for some more fun in the sun!  His favourite part of camp is dressing up and putting on performances for the campers and staff. Jon has been counting down the days until he gets to meet his new campers and re-unite with his old ones.  He is sure to provide Senior section with some outrageous and hilarious moments for everyone to remember. 

After a 2 year traveling hiatus, Katie is back for another exciting summer at Crestwood.  An 8 year veteran of Crestwood and a member of the Ontario College of Teahers, Katie brings energy and excitement to camp and this years CIT program. Katie has experience in all age groups at Crestwood and is poised to pass on leadership skills, unique aspects about being a counsellor at Crestwood, and most importantly, have FUN!
